Let me start by saying I had an appointment booked with Laney, and the way she handled the cancellation was completely unprofessional. I will not be booking with her again. Here’s what happened: I originally had an appointment with my usual hairstylist, but due to a scheduling mix-up, I wasn’t able to see her. A good friend recommended Laney, and when I checked her availability, I saw she had a 3:00 PM and a 3:30 PM opening for the service I needed — a full color. I scheduled through her link around 2:30 PM and received confirmation shortly after. At 2:50 PM — just 40 minutes before the appointment — I received a text from Laney asking if I could come another day. However, she never clearly stated that she was canceling the appointment. Makalya was literally worst person I've ever been to. Cut my hair jagged and not straight, after she said she would fix it straight for me. Cut my layers the opposite way of how I wanted, and instead of the short layers, gave me a jellyfish bob hair cut on one side and long on the other. Curled my hair so I wouldn't be able to tell she messed it up. Worst experience ever and didn't even listen to what I wanted. Wont go again.

I have nothing but good to say Clarissa came in to her salon on her day off to help save my daughters hair from a mess I created, and even after sat and talked for awhile she is the most down to earth sweetest person I’ve ever met. If anyone needs their hair done she is the first I’m gonna recommend you to. Thank you so much 🙏 🫶🏼

Had my blonde done by Clarissa! It was a great experience. She did a great job and got all my brassy bands out.

I've gone all over town for my haircuts, and I am so happy I found Clarissa at K Studios. She took her time and made sure I was very happy with the result.
