Jennifer is my go-to, and she always takes such great care of my natural nails, they’ve never looked healthier. The entire team is consistently polite, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure every customer leaves happy and satisfied. If you're looking for a salon that values quality and kindness, this is the place!

This has been definitely the best nails service I’ve have in NY. Good materials, everything was clean. Costumer service is so great. And it’s not expensive at all. It totally worth it

I got my nails done here for the first time with someone else and didn’t end up liking how they came out. Kathy, the owner, reached out to me and was so sweet about it. She had me come back and personally redid my nails exactly how I wanted — for no charge. They came out so cute! I really appreciate her kindness and amazing customer service. I have been visiting Kso Nails for nearly 15 years and has always exceeded my expectations. They literally offer the best Gel manicure ever. Katherine and the girls are amazing. Offering great service to the community for over a decade.

This was my 1st visit to K-SO Nails, and it will not be my last. The nail tech was extremely gentle, took her time and made sure that I was comfortable. Great Results & Great Service 😊 My only regret was not having cash on me for the tip... will make sure of that for next time.
