1/8/26 I would give this store a negative 1. I went to K & S Beauty supply the owner has no customer service, no respect for black women, and people should make sure not to support his business. I'll never step foot in this place again. I bought an Okay Vitamin E oil, $10, which when opened was thick, sticky, and not of an oil consistency. It literally was too sticky and tacky to put on my face. I was trying to show the owner my receipt from the previous week which was on my phone and he brought out his store receipt policy that he "does not do exchanges nor refunds". He told me he "knew I bought it from him and did not doubt this" but he would not exchange it because "it was opened and sticky". I informed him that I had not used it because it was poor quality more than likely old stock

When servicing our African-American communities please be mindful of one fact we are the consumers that financially give life to your business establishment. This Sunday while shopping your store your management passed a very poor judgement test. As you fearfully assumed my son who plays for the NFL, my grandson and myself of stealing. As you fearfully watched us you came from behind the counter and I said “ we are not stealing” as my son payed for the purchases. Your judgement was very distasteful and very disheartening as good black folk are racially profiled. Your business ethics are far from the norm of business practices in America. Please make use of cameras and fully understand the federal and state discrimination laws, Florida Consumer Affairs, the county you received your business

Great store friendly staff had a color issue and they resolved it! They are honest too I left my purse there and they had it!
