K-Rae's Salon

This was my second time at K-Rae’s—both times without an appointment—and I’ve been impressed each time! I had been going to another salon but wasn’t fully satisfied, so I decided to give K-Rae’s a try. I’m so glad I did. The customer service is excellent, and they really take the time to listen to what you want. Nancy is a great stylist and I walked out feeling great about my haircut. I’ve officially found my new go-to.

This is a wonderful hair salon. I never have to worry about my hair getting screwed up by someone here. They are seasoned professionals, and the owner is awesome, too. They work with your schedule to accommodate you as much as possible. Highly recommend this best kept secret hair salon in Summerfield. Oh, I forgot to mention, they are very reasonable.

I was looking for a salon I had been to once before off of 27/441. I called & asked if they could check their appointment book & see if I had been there. They confirmed & set up an appointment. I arrived Salon St.T where I got my haircut before & obviously no appointment. Your salon MISLEAD me in confirming that I had been to their salon previously! What a ripoff way of trying to get a new customer. I would give them no stars if I could for their blatant dishonesty.

I have gone to Nancy, at K-Raes, 4 times now, and 3 out of the 4 cuts, Nancy has cut it whatever way she sees fit! Only one time has she listened to what I told her and Ive come home happy with the cut. Today, my haircut looks like she put a bowl on my head, even though I requested 2 or 3 times I simply wanted the long hair trimmed off my neckline, a blunt cut, straight across. She did not listen and used the shaver/razer up the the back of my head and also on the sides of my head. I simply needed a trim, cleanup and what I got was a buzz cut! Need to find a new salon as I've given Nancy ample time to listen to what I want/like, and it was of no good!

Christal is amazing! She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and gave me such a great cut and style! She's sweet and friendly. This gal was born to do this, what a talent. I haven't felt this good about myself in years. I walked out of the salon with renewed confidence. Thank you Christal!
