I wish I could say I was pleased but I am not. The people doing my nails did not wear gloves or face masks. They coughed on my nails and other unhygienic issues. I also asked for coffin nails and the shaping was so off. Also the acrylic they put on my nail burned so bad. Sadly will never be coming back.

Wanted my nails done for my First Mother’s Day, I already had a bad feeling about it once I sat down and placed, not even, lack of communication and they weren’t sized up together (finger to same finger on each hand) idk if she was new , in a hurry to leave or what, but the more that was messed up and I mentioned it the more rough and crooked and patchy they are. I’m all about nail art and girls girl but damn come on now. I’m going to have to fix these myself and honestly they were NOT worth 65$ maybe like 30 if that. And I left a tip just to be nice but I need to not do that. If I did ever come back here (I doubt it :,) ) I’m going to the owner or someone better because I cannot fathom rn. Haven’t had my nails done in three years I definitely had my hopes up.10/10 Don’t recommend

Update- I reached out to them and they quickly offered to redo her nail next time we are in Lexington, very quick to help resolve this for her! I really appreciate the customer service, normally other places just ignore reviews but this one wanted to make it right which was awesome! I told my little and she’s excited to get them fixed! Took my 9 year old to get her nails painted glow in the dark… that’s all she wanted. They gave her a selection of glow in the dark colors and she chose pink. We went to check out and was charged 40$ for nail paint on a kid…..(but was worth cause she was excited for glow in the dark..) and then we get home excited to see them glow and they never did… she’s super disappointed today…

My nails look absolutely horrible. I did sns and then after she painted them with gel polish the same color they already were. They’re super thick. They’re all different shapes. When I finally got done the girl told me she never does sns and knew they looked bad. I couldn’t leave fast enough. Don’t go here. Also she cut me several times.

K is amazing! Her prices are better than anyone I’ve ever been to, she always does good, and treats her customers well!
