K-Nails

My daughter and Myself went to this place. What a mistake! I wanted dip powder cats eyes on my nails. I ended up with specals on my nails. The lady filed skin off my finger. The other lady that did my daughters nails left parts of the other set of nails on her fingers. Place was dirty! Very rude staff! I will not be going back to this place! I did not leave a tip!!!!

I have been going here for several years and the service is always excellent. Everyone greets me by my name when I arrive! I see Kelly who is so sweet. She always takes care of me! Price is good too.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but they used to be good. I usually get my nails done coffin shape. I told the girl as she was doing them that the shape was incorrect. She insisted they would be right. They aren't. They are square. I never get square nails. Not only that but the color I picked was supposed to be matte. Instead it's glossy. My nails look horrible. To top it off she sliced my finger with the nail file. Instead of getting a fill I will be removing these and starting over elsewhere.

I asked for regular nail polish multiple times throughout my service and the guy doing my nails told me that’s fine. He tells me the price and once again, I ask if that’s the price for regular polish, and he says yes. He starts doing my nails with gel and although I was confused, I already paid so I didn’t say anything else. When he finished my nails, I asked him if I had gel on my nails, and he said yes. I will not be going back & feel like I got scammed. I did not want gel but seems like they just wanted to charge me more.

Very poor service. Didn’t communicate and had me waiting in cold water for a long time. She also cut my nails very short and didn’t file them in a uniform way. Even if they were cut shorter than I would like, it would have been ok if all the toes looked uniform. It was a mistake coming here. Now I know why they weren’t busy. It seemed like she hated her job, and I hated her job too. I’ll never go back. This used to be a good shop for nails and pedis. I’m very disappointed.
