K Nails (nail tech: Hannah)

I came in on a Tuesday morning and was the only customer in the salon. The service was okay, but I was disappointed with how charges were handled. After paying $40 for a pedicure, I was charged an additional $13 for a gel manicure, which was not explained to me at the beginning of the service. I believe pricing should be clearly communicated upfront to avoid surprises. I also had my eyebrows done, but unfortunately, the young lady assisting me did not fully understand that I wanted my brows arched and kept as long as possible. The final result was not what I requested. Overall, the experience could have been better with clearer communication and better attention to client preferences.

I just got my nails done yesterday, and they were white and, I won’t lie, they looked very nice at first. However, not even 24 hours later, this is how they look, they appear light yellow or off-white. I’m very disappointed with the quality and durability. I also got the impression that the technician doing my nails did not have much experience, as several employees kept coming over to check how the nails were turning out. Since they were speaking in their own language, I couldn’t understand what was being said, which made me feel uncomfortable.

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE! Chemical burn and lumps of glue. Looks and feels like they were applied with crazy glue! These is not up to code and you risk infection- Avoid at all cost !

I’ve been coming here for years. I definitely recommend this place. every time it go it has been a great experience nail always on points. *Hannah a Katie does an amazing job in general, the staff itself very friendly place.

I love K nails. I have been going to them for many many years now and not only are the owners amazing but so are the employees. Amy is my girl there they all go above and beyond at the salon and they treat you like family you go in feeling rough and come out feeling like a million dollars and a lot of places if after you leave something is wrong with your nails or even something happens to it even if it's your fault when you go back in they make you feel like a father or want to charge you for every little thing will not here.. they go above and beyond and treat you like family and make sure you are happy and satisfied and they go above and beyond I always get compliments on my nails because I get dark pink and white and I tell everybody to go to this place you won't be disappointed, I'm V
