K Nails

I had an appointment 10/2/24 for a fill in and I wanted my toe polish changed. I made the appointment 9/23/24 by phone. This was my first time by recommendation from a friend. I was sent straight to the pedicure area for my toe polish. When the lady was done she said go to the drying area and then I can pay. I said I need my fill in. She said okay and I told her I had a 6pm appointment with Jimmy. She told me she was Jimmy. I got home and really looked at my nails and they are horrible and she nicked me twice. When I walked into the shop I made it known I had a 6pm appointment with Jimmy and I found out he was the person who asked may I help you! He should have said get your toes polished and then come back to my chair or station!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

They all are always so helpful and pleasant! They are gentle with my nails and give your hands much needed massage. They make sure you are beyond comfortable when getting a pedicure too!

I’ve been going to K Nails for eyebrow waxing for a few months and my experiences have usually been okay. Unfortunately, my visit today was disappointing. During my eyebrow wax, the technician left a very noticeable bald patch at the front of my eyebrow. She insisted it was already there and asked if I had been picking at my eyebrows, which I have not done. I would have noticed something like that beforehand. Additionally, my brows were not fully cleaned up, and several stray hairs were left behind. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and attention to detail was frustrating.

Great attention to detail and excellent customer service. The lady doing my nails noticed that my hands were dry and cold weather-damaged (from being a delivery driver that washes their hands very often at work) and she took extra care to lotion my hands twice (during and after my nails were being done) and offered me some moisturizing hand scrub to wash my hands with as well! I've been to so many different nail salons and this one is by far the best one I've been to. My best friend also got a new full set done by a man that works there and she loved the attention to detail as well.

I only get my nails done about once a year for my birthday. Last year I went here and the experience was perfect! This year(yesterday) it was unfortunately not. My nail tech was on a video call for the first half of doing my nails. I think he may have been in-experienced as well because my nails look sloppy/bad. There are gaps, the shaping is off and the length of the two pinkies and middle fingers are completely different. I tried to mention when I was there, but I guess the tech didn't care? I will say that they were very clean and followed all guidelines!
