K Nails

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went here because it looked like it had good reviews.. I went in to get a full set. All was great until he touched one of the nails and messed it up. When I told him it was uneven instead of taking the DIP off and redoing the nail he just put gel polish on top of it. BUT only put the gel polish on three of the nails making them different colors, so before I left I had him even put the colors.. well there was paint left all over my fingers & not to mentions the three cuts this man gave me on other fingers. After looking and realizing how bad my nails are I went in the next day to get a refund and to have them take them off & of course no refund, BUT he said he would redo them? Why would I want the same nail tech that left my fingers bleeding and having to come bac

This is the 2nd time going to this salon. I have been pleasantly surprised by the service and cleanliness most of all atmosphere very peaceful. Oh, pricing is fair. I'm picky and she was great with length, shape and thickness. No loud tv's or kids music. Just complimentary adult beverage and relaxation 😌 thanks

Well, I hate to do this to Kevin, but after a few issues- it’s time. I usually go to Gravois Nail Spa in Fenton and see Hannah. I have been for 13ish years. However, I’ve moved to Arnold and some days ya just don’t want to drive “that far”. I found K’s and went a few times during the day/week -not the best service and work, but back up and close to home, it was fine. However, any peak times - forget about it. I’ve made appointments a few times for my daughter and I on both week day evenings and weekends-they are always running behind. Usually we just sit and wait, it’s never been more than 30 mins. However, yesterday I made an appt for four for myself, daughter, niece and sister in law for girl time - mani & pedi, at 11:30a. At 12:30p we had to leave because we were never serviced

Was 50 bucks for basic white nails. Made me bleed, different lengths, very aggressive and didn’t fill them fully. People are sweet but I would take my business elsewhere. Waste of 50 bucks.

Been going here for almost 2 years. This experience was the worst!! Bad lines then went in to have fixed and the polish peeled off the next day. They wanted to charge me to change the color
