K Luxury Nails

I have been going to this salon for several years. As of today... no more!! The owner no longer cares about quality, and delivery of service. She has run Lilly and Vanessa away! Which were the only two good techs there!!! Today, I went in for a pedicure and to get gel nails done and it was to ultimately the WORST service! The tech only worked on my feet for 15 mins. A pedicure is longer than 15 minutes. She pretended to cut my nails, never scrubbe my feet. I still have ingrown nails, calus on my heals! Really?? Owner Kim, I told her about my experience with the pedi she never apologize. When she started to do my nails she ignored my REQUEST! After I waited 45 minutes for her to do my nails "with the owner". Took my daughter and her friend here for my daughter's birthday to get them each a full set of nails and give myself a pedicure. I was able to get a next day appointment with no problem and the tech took her time doing the girls' nails and even fixed a couple areas my daughter noticed. She was wonderful and really took her time. I had a pedicure and even though my tech (different than the one doing the girls' nails) didn't speak English, she was so sweet and smiled a lot. Our experience here was excellent! I can't rate the price because I don't have a reference as I usually do my own nails. I felt like, because of our experience here, this placed deserved a boost in their ratings!

I went to this nail salon as an emergency, since my nail tech was out of the country in vacation and needed my nails done for a family event. I was fine with the nails for a couple days even though my nail beds were in quite a bit of pain immediately after leaving the place. I left them on for about 4 days, Hoping that the pain would maybe stop since I thought it was probably natural since I hadn't gotten my nails done in a while. Well, on the night of the 5th day I had to drive to get 100% acetone so I could remove them immediately cause I had swelling, redness and lots of burning and itching. Thinking back, I thought it was kind of weird that the LED light had like a damp smell to it when the tech turned on the fan, so I should've known better. I thought to myself to not be so judgey...

This’s literally the WORST place to get your Nails done at. On 11/14th I got my pedicure done and the whole time this lady was cutting my toe nails she had this other lady standing on top of her yelling and screaming at her even though I didn’t understand the language but I could tell she was making her uncomfortable kind of controlling what she was doing and that was wrong. Ideally I wanted to get a full set for my manicure but because of time I chose to not do it and just polish my natural nails with clear color because I was getting late. This lady literally charged me $42 for doing nothing and $55 for a French pedicure that looks ugly and disgusting. The lady who dresses like a tomboy is so rude not only to clients but employees too. Okay so I came here on September 7,2017 with my sister as a late birthday gift. The woman who did her toe nails did a decent job but, the one who did mine (older Asian woman, rude as hell) did my nails, had an attitude & painted my toenails with a GEL POLISH. DIDN'T CURE MY NAILS & I FAILED TO SAY ANYTHING. My mistake was to believe she would do her job properly. It's not that hard to sit me down under the led light curerater.
