Kim the owner was rude. Or having a bad day today! After all these year I think she may need to close the store. If you customer can't shop without you thinking something will get stolen. After 6 years I will no longer give this lady anymore out of my pockets.

Would give negative stars if I could. The boxes the wigs are in are not for the wigs you’re buying. Absolutely NOT human hair it melted to my straightener. Their customer service is horrendous. Refused to let me return or exchange. TOOK MY RECEIPT AND THREW IT AWAY IN FRONT OF ME AND TOLD ME IVE NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE. Count your days K and J, you’ve got the wrong one.

I've been shopping here for so long. I'm so glad they are still here even though Franklin was completely overhauled by big investor money. So many of my favorite places are gone now. But K&J is strong 😍😍😍 I love the eyeliner I can get here. We love the fun and affordable jewelry and hair accessories. It is small enough to not be overwhelming, but I always appreciate the selection. The employees/owners are always nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been going here for years but periodically, and I’ve noticed if you are not a regular weekly customer you are treated poorly. The female owner is snappy, rude, and talks on phone when she’s assisting her customers. She doesn’t make you feel welcome at all, and she never stocks her store with items that are common and that most beauty supply stores have. Main thing she needs to have a better attitude towards her customers.

The owners/employees are rude and disrespectful! I had several items that I needed, but when I noticed that the lady was following me around the store and watching me, I returned all the items back to the shelf and left! The products in your store are marketed mostly toward the African American community. If not for your customers, you wouldn't even be in business. Learn some customer service skills. I made a choice to come in your store to PURCHASE items, not to steal! Amazon it is!
