The people here are nice and will help you…however, they don’t stand behind their products. So do your own research. The hair that I purchased was very thin and it didn’t look natural in. They wouldn’t let me return or get store credit, which is fine if that’s your store policy, but perhaps be willing to work w the customer. Or ensure that your product is quality. Or even simply letting the customer see the hair held up to their head in the store would help if you don’t plan accepting returns/exchanges. I left the useless hair at the store when I asked them to work with me, I asked them to donate it to someone and I hope they do! It was $100 after all
