My chief complaint is that the advertised store hours are apparently WRONG! For instance, their store opens at 9–according to their website and Google info, but at 9:20 and counting, the doors are still locked and there’s a parking lot full of patrons waiting. It maybe they are just late because they feel it’s okay to do so with the clientele that that cater to. Either way, I need them to represent what they advertise!

I went in this store today to purchase some products to dye my hair. My total came up to $ 30.98 . I gave the lady $60 dollars by mistake instead of her telling me that I gave her to much money she took 20 and punched in I gave her $40 . After realizing I gave her to much money I tried calling the store to tell her that I over paid her but I couldn’t get an answer so I came back to the store and told her that she owes me $20 I over paid her twenty she tried to argue and say I gave her forty I told her that I was calling the police cause I know how much money I had given her. She then said I might have dropped it … really!!! I once again said I was calling the police so she asked for the receipt so she can see the time of the transaction…. You don’t know if they open at 9 or later because they always opening at whatever time they want. You guys need to change the opening hours online because it’s confusing and very disappointing standing outside a hair store that says open but is clearly closed.

Was looking for shoes, there was no organization. Couldn't find any sizes because it was so messy & unorganized
