K Barber

I went in trying to get my haircut at K'S barber today. When I walked through the door i saw a lady cutting a man's hair. Before I have a chance to take off my jacket to sit down she says to me "I don't don't black hair." I was confused so I asked her to repeat herself. She said to me again " I don't do black hair." I am now standing in the middle of the shop while the man getting his hair cut sits there with a smile on his face. It was a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Now I'm not sure if it's because she doesn't know how to cut black people's hair or she just doesn't like black people. Either way I would advise all people of color to stay away from here. I have never heard of a "Barber" that cannot cut black people's hair.

We have been taking our two boys to this barbershop for about a year now and always very happy when we leave. Even if there are 3 people in front of us she is so efficient that we never wait more than 30 minutes, and that’s on a Saturday with more than 2 people ahead of us which isn’t the norm either. Anyways she always does a perfect job and so quick! And then the prices on top of all of that, cannot be beat. We will be going here exclusively for the foreseeable future. Today she was about to finish my son’s haircut and he said at the last second can we do a lightning bolt on the side! She wasn’t phased at all, and put a perfect lightning bolt on the side of his head in maybe a minute. I will continue to recommend her to everyone.

Fairly priced. Lady who was the owner was quiet but did a very fair job. I would highly recommend.

Wow! This has to be the worst haircut I have ever had!! My son and I came in to get a haircut and the woman who was there butchered my hair. It was so bad I had to go to sports clips so they could fix my hair and cut my sons.
