K & A Nails

The first two times I went they did a great job! This Saturday I went back and it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. My heels are mare no where near as smooth as the first time and they assumed I wanted a basic pedicure without asking. There are too many options to accept mediocre service.

Great work, but I give a 3 because one of the techs asked did I have help all because I brought my unproblematic infant, strapped in a stroller while i was being serviced.

The ladies here have always been so compassionate, so welcoming, even when I come in straight from being discharged from the hospital. Legs not shaved, half the polish gone from my fingers and I don’t even want to talk about how bad my toes were!! These ladies from Vietnam, but made me feel welcome, with no worries about the shape I was coming in haha! The lady that did my full set put me so at ease and she just talked with me like we’d known each other for years. I’m definitely 💯 coming back!! Much love!!

Got a pedicure. This is the first time I have come since they changed management. My toenails look horrible. I told her multiple times that they were not even. She made them worse. I will not be coming back here anymore.

My journey with this salon began with getting a acrylic gel polish refill on my nails and a pedicure with gel polish. I was charged over 100 and even left a $20 tip for an uncomfortable pedicure and a polish job on my hands and nails that wasn't "applied" correctly. I know this because i am a licensed cosmetologist and have a concentration in nails. I visited the salon because i wanted to be pampered with a relaxing pedicure. That never happened! An older woman did my pedicure she didn't even turn on the massage chair i had to and she was very ruff from nipping my cuticles to filing my natural toe nail with an acrylic nail file!
