The salon was absolutely beautiful. Represent unity to me different people with the same common goal. Her suite was absolutely fabulous. Customer service 100%. Complimentary items were a plus. I’ve been wearing protective hairstyles my whole life and decided that I want to be more intentional with my hair. She educates you about your hair and tells you what to do and what not to do. She explains everything detail by detail with whatever product she’s using. She is very gentle on your scalp ! I was hesitant at first because I have kinky curly hair (African American) and couldn’t find nobody to properly do it , thank god I found her ! She did an amazing job cutting my daughter’s hair. We got to our appointment earlier than expected and she welcomed us with opened arms. My 13 year old is literally OBSESSED with her first curly cut. Will definitely keep going back to Josephine. She also gave us all the hair products she recommends.

My first ever consultation/appointment with a curly hair expert here in the US since growing my hair out and i wish i wouldve met Josephine much sooner. She was communicative and honest with me regarding my hair's health and what would be best for it both short and long term. Every step of the way from wash to dry Josephine explained why she was doing what she was , by the end of my visit i felt i had a very solid foundation to build upon moving forward.
