Justine Hair

I went yesterday to get my hair done and i showed them a lot of pictures of how I wanted my hair and even pictures of how I did not want my hair. I emphasized over and over again that I wanted my hair FULL. Again I showed them multiple pictures and when I left my hair was not full at all. I even bought hair today and asked if they could make it fuller with a response of theres to busy for today, okay fine. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!

I’ve been coming to Justine’s for years. I recently came and had the worst experience. I was charged for human hair (Senegalese with curly pieces) when I specifically asked Justine to use HUMAN HAIR SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO BE PARTICIPATING IN WATER ACTIVITIES! when I got there 2 females were working in my hair. One was twisting loose and the other tight. My hair in the back and side came out completely different. My twists started unraveling next day and I had vacation in a couple days. I went back before I took my vacation just for Justine to talk mess and say “she don’t usually do this” and “she’s not doing it again”. After a week, My hair is now tangled and I hate it!!! After seeing a random picture of boho braids on social media that I really wanted I searched my area for a braided that could execute the inspired look for a reasonable price for an upcoming trip I had. I came upon Justine Hair Braiding and stopped in the day before I wanted my hair done to speak to the stylist to make sure she could execute what I wanted. The stylist was friendly and understood what I wanted and told me to come in the next morning. Come in the next morning and we got straight to work, she did a couple of braids to make sure the size, length, etc was what I wanted (which I appreciated!!) my style took about 7 1/2-8 hours but it was well worth it!! I was unsatisfied with my service. My braids were not neat and my parts were not straight. My hair looked 2-3 weeks old the same day I left the shop. The attached pictures were all taken the day I left the shop. One set is me in a dressing room (literally 30 mins after I left the shop) and the others were a couple of hours later (after I made it home). Needless to say I will not return to this shop for service. If you just want your hair braided down for a wig or install then you might find Justine's useful.

I’ve been coming to Justine’s for YEARS now and I always leave LOVING my hair.. my schedule has always fluctuated so appointments are iffy for me but she’s allowed me to walk- in and they’ve always been fast and NEAT. I usually get traditional braiding styles nothing too trendy but I’ve seen their work on others and it looks amazing. Love this place
