I recently took my daughter to Just a Cut for her very first haircut, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant, thanks to a stylist named Carmen. I had specifically asked for a straight cut for my daughter, but Carmen decided to give her a layered haircut instead, which was completely against what I had requested. To worsen the situation Carmen treated my daughter very aggressively lifting her up and pulling her roughly to the back of the chair. It was a highly uncomfortable situation, and I was shocked by her behavior. Additionally, she trimmed my daughter’s bangs without my permission and didn’t even bother to listen to my instructions. When I asked for her name to file a formal complaint, Carmen chuckled in my face ,which felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The hair cut was decent. However, they talk about their customers a little too loud and rude.

Carmen did not give me a 3.00 discount on Tuesday when I went in to cut my hair .this is the second time they charge me 21.95 for a regular haircut and they don't give me a discount will not go back again

Really bad experience i came out real pissed from that place they usually always do a good job. But this lady her name is sonia i gave her clear directions to what I wanted with my sons hair and this lady completely ruined his forehead cut i don't understand how a box turned out the way she cut it she completely ruined his cut its so messed up like the worst i wish i could post a photo on here. She shouldn't be cutting hair at all!!!
