Erica is absolutely amazing! I had someone else do my hair and it turned out to be an orange color when I wanted more of a blonde color. I kindly reached out to that lady and she didn’t respond back to me. Erica has waxed my eyebrows a few times and she’s always been kind, does a great job and super professional! When I went to get my eyebrows done the day after my hair was done I was explaining to her how I really liked my hair other than the few orange pieces mostly in the front (I would not have been so worried about these pieces if I wasn’t taking professional fall pictures that weekend and spent close to $200 to get my hair done so I wanted it right. As I was speaking to Erica, I asked her if she possibly had any free time and she kindly offered to fixed my hair and take time out of h

I never have left a bad review until today, which makes me sad. I made an appointment on-line because no one answered the phone. (I was told they are all independent stylists so, apparently, there is no reason to call.) No, I didn’t get a confirmation but an appointment was available. I tried to book it the day of more than one hour before the appointment was offered. The stylist did not check her phone. Apparently she had an appointment for herself elsewhere but the 11:15 was offered. If you offer a time, wouldn’t you check on that? So, there I sat at 11:15 and no one came. Another sweet stylist said she would call to check. The stylist that she called said she couldn’t take my appointment. I could schedule for later in the day but I had already changed my schedule to get a simple haircut

I called twice. I know I’m not a regular. I’ve been there twice. They did a good job and now I called two times and they just ignored me. I think that’s very rude.

Kelly does amazing work. She works wonders on my kiddos (1yo & 2yo) who only sit still for her. She is patient and thorough! She does amazing cut and color work on me and always exceeds my expectations!

Lisa Tomaselli was amazing with my daughters' and my manicures! She was able to fit us into her schedule with little advanced warning (poor planning on my part). She was very warm and patient with the many layers of polish applied between the 3 of us...even as closing loomed near. All of our nails look fantastic. I am looking at mine 2 days later and am amazed they are still in perfect condition (gel polish newbie). Cost was a pleasant surprise on top of a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
