JUST POLISHED SALON

(Do not go here scammer. Will threaten phsycial harm) So I went and spent $70 to get my nails done I got acrylics. The nails broke the next day on top of that there was hair in the nails that she wouldn't get out as far as a person she's cool but as far as a nail tech its a no. She will also change the price at the end. Like i said 70 bucks for half the nails to break is crazy. And i called to get them fixed but she dont care. Reporting her. What's worse is I wanted to feel good about myself so I got my nails done just for them to be overly expensive and to break it just makes me want to cry. She will also argue with you not offer a refund not offer any help please do not go here and just trust the reviews and nails are trash. ( if you read her reviews she argues with everybody in the comm

Tracy was so nice and so welcoming. She was quick, clean, and professional with my manicure and pedicure. I was able to get in on a Sunday as well. She does a great job and makes you feel comfortable. Pricing is also great! Highly recommend.

A hidden gem in Garfield Heights. For the price I paid I could not be happier with the service. To start, many salons in the area use Gel as an excuse to charge extra hidden fees. The price was up front, I paid my deposit, and I got exactly what I paid for. I found her to be a wonderful conversationalist and multi-talented business owner. I love supporting local businesses especially when they are run by people in my own community. She has a client in me.

Ms. Trap was amazing. I’m an easy customer and just picked out colors and the set she created was a masterpiece. Ms. Trap if you see this I thank you again for the conversation and I pray God shows up in away that cannot be denied over your business and dreams. Dream Big!

The owner is lovely, responsive, and a lot of fun. Great colors and services. She did a beautiful job for me and my friend. My only feedback for the owner is - I would update the look and feel of the place to be a bit more upscale. This is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion!
