Just For Massage

Half hour message left me feeling a lot better then when I went in. Tried pain killers that didn't even touch the pain. This made me feel relaxed and nearly pain free. I will be going back.

I called to check availability for a one hour couple’s massage. I was told I could come in an hour for $60 per person. When we showed up we received rude service. I was then asked if I wanted a 30 minute massage, when I had already confirmed on the phone I wanted an hour. I was then lead to a separate room than my girlfriend, and told we could not actually have a couples massage, and that we would have to be in different rooms. After we accepted, another lady came in the room and rudely told me to pay. When I was at the register the lady told me she would charge me a $3 fee for using a card, and it would be an additional $3 per person, even though we were paying on the same card. We had enough at that point and left. 10/10 would not recommend.

I’m not one to complain about services because I understand the hardships that many businesses have faced during the time of COVID. But this was by far the WORST service I ever received at any business. Due to soreness from athletics, I decided to book a one hour appointment. When I arrived, they took me back to a room and told me to wait. The employee then asks for my money upfront, which I thought was a bit odd, but nonetheless I paid anyway. About five minutes into the massage, the masseuse ran out to take a phone call. Three minutes later she comes in, still on the phone, and proceeds to massage my back with one hand, while talking on the phone with the other hand. About 10 min later the phone rings again. She runs out to get the phone, and proceeds to talk on phone for five minutes.

Had a very good masssge from Lily. I asked for medium pressure and she did exactly that. I will definitely go back when I am back in town.

Overall a positive experience. The massage left a little more to be desired. Could have put in a little more work but did an efficient job. Clean and relaxing environment. Service was great. Reasonably priced. I will visit again if my regular spot is not open.
