Just Cuts

we had an appointment for my 14 year old son's haircut. the barber lost his phone the night before and was tracking it so he didn't mention to me that he would be leaving to go find it. we sat there for an hour, he finishes all the customers he had, except us. he just say he'd be back in a second and leaves. we sit there for another hour, not one other barber asked if we wanted them to cut my son's hair and when i finally threw it out there as an offer, no one wanted to cut his hair, after we waited there for two hours. also, the conversations being has are very inappropriate when you have young teenage boy customers present. they were talking about hitting females, laughing about it, talking about having sex with females. great role models for the impressionable young men watching you. i

Got a hair cut from Patrick Duval for my birthday. Booked an appointment had to wait over an hour just to get in the chair, once in the chair I received the worst hair cut I’ve ever got. Told the barber I didn’t want hair enhancement and this is what I got. Other barbers in the shop didn’t find anything wrong with this hair and wouldn’t give me a refund. Do not go to this barber, it’s been a month and my hair still haven’t grown back yet and I’m a teacher. ( The last photo is how my usual barber cuts my hair, only went to Patrick because my barber is in NYC)

Just moved to Dover recently. Asked a few people about where to go for a fresh cut. Went to Google and looked up barber's in the area. Called Just Cuts and asked if they take walk ins. Read some of their reviews and decided to stop by. Jazz hooked me up real lovely. Her skills are top notch. Already booked appointments for every Friday through the end of the year. Atmosphere was very peaceful. First time customer, happy customer. Made the right choice. Vinnie.

Being that it was my first time going there and setting up an appointment and got there on time, I thought I would be able to get in/out. First, when I got there my appointment @12:30. I had to wait because she was behind and instead of calling me and giving me the heads up, I would’ve been able to move things around, instead of just sitting there. Second, they or she didn’t accept cards! Anyways, what really rubbed me the wrong way, was after the cut, they didn’t put alcohol or anything. Then after I paid, the barber didn’t give me the option of did I want to tip or not she just took my money, like I know how much my cut was and the fact, she made me set up appointment and still made me wait because you was behind, keep it. This was and will be my last time going there.
