I've been coming here for the last 2 years and the service has gone completely down hill. The last two visits I've made to this location have solidified my choice to NEVER return. I like to splurge on my pedicures and usually will get some sort of spa treatment. I have ALWAYS overtipped in the past and usually have very friendly techs that work on my nails. This time I had received someone different and they forgot my callus remover, which I had paid for with my $90 pedicure package. I reminded them midway and they said they were going to do it, by the end nothing was done so I spoke up. The tech became irate and said she did do it (but she did not) and that my calluses didnt even need it and we could do it at the next appt. This is not what I paid for so I asked her to do it now. I've been going to the same person for a few years and she was fantastic....However, I recently learned that she was let go because she took time off to visit her family for an extended period of time. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this salon. Do not support a business that doesn't care about his employees.

It’s so hit or miss here. I just got a crappy pedicure here-but a few times in the past they did a good job. I’m disappointed but now I know - not coming again.

I like the whole place. Some Nice people. Not perfect by any means. Nails and Ped. Not always none perfectly shaped. They have no regard to their customers time. They keep them waiting all the time. They’re constantly trying to get you to spend more money and it gets very annoying at times. Sometimes they treat their customers like garbage. They keep apologizing and say they’re sorry but all they’re interested in. Is that Almighty dollar

I had high hopes bc the salon was so clean and nice. Boy was I wrong. Paid 92$ plus 20$ tip for new gel manicure with gel polish. Didn’t even last a week. My right thumb totally cracked and gone. Other nails chipped within a day. I will not return. Waste if time and money!! Not to mention all the women did was speak in their language loudly to each other the entire time I was there. Don’t waste ur time or money!!
