Very easy to make an appointment. The salon appeared clean and has cute decor. Nicole helped me decided between the two colors I was stuck on, she offered suggestions and double checked with me each time on the length, shape and color before proceeding. She also told me the price before getting started. I do wish they had a better variety of colors, seems like a big selection of similar shades. I also overheard another technician trying to up-sell the woman next to me, she was relentless, that would have bothered me if they tried that with me.

On October 31, I went there to get my nails done and I will never go back again. The lady that did my nails was very nice. However, when I went to pay, the manager ordered her not to make me a new appointment. She made a gesture of twirling her finger at her brain and made a comment that I am forgetful. I am 76 years old and she was showing ageism. She said this loudly and made me feel shamed in front of the entire room. I left in tears. The lady who did my nails came after me in the parking to apologize for what the manager said. I nevertheless will never go to this nail salon again.

I was a customer for over two years and decided to leave to Star Nails, which is in the same plaza. Although Nicole and Bo do a GREAT job with Nails, their Customer Service is not good at all. They up-charge for everything small thing, even an extra layer of polish, if you request it, and they’re never happy about having to do a design, because they will try to discourage you from wanting to get it done by either telling you it’s too hard or too expensive to accomplish. What made me finally leave was their severe lack of friendly customer attention and up-charges on everything. Once I was told that by adding an extra 3rd layer of nail polish was too much product that they’d be using and therefore they charged $5 more for it. That was my final straw.

Decided to try out this spot with my daughter and instantly regretted it the moment we were able to sit down and get our nails done. As soon as the woman began working on my toe nails and clipped them, unfortunately she clipped my skin instead, causing me extreme pain and to bleed. As soon as this happened, I decided to walk out as this has never happened to me anywhere prior. To make matters worse, the owner did not offer any kind of apology & instead just slapped on liquid to help clean it and make the bleeding stop. There was no offer of any kind to make it up to especially a new customer. Hopefully I do not get an infection now. I could barely walk out of the shop. Now I cannot get a pedicure for some time going forward. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've come here a bunch of times for gel manicures and I've walked out with beautiful nails! Staff is helpful with picking out what colors and designs look best for you. Most manicures were amazing and they did a great job but once or twice my cuticles did get nicked in a rough way, it really depends on which person you get. If you are sensitive to that maybe let them know. I took a chance and walked in once without an appointment and they were great about seating me quickly! They do get busy though so I would recommend making an appointment.
