Too complicated. They make you check in and register for your services on a tablet, why can't I just say I want a haircut or a shave and be done? Do even the simplest things need to have an app for that?

Everything was fine as to the hair cut. I have been going to this location since it opened. I am 85 and don't have very much hair. I am in and out of there in 10 minutes or less. I went in today and discovered a haircut is now $32.00 All the prices have gone up since I was there the last time. Sometimes I get my beard trimmed and that will now run me close to $50+ I am on a limited budget and sorry to say you have priced me out of your business. One thing I am critical about this shop is that I have never had the same person cut my hair. In the past I was on a 1st name basis with my barber and had conversation. You shop is not welcoming. Sorry to say I will have to find another place. Your place is way to expensive for what I have to cut.

One problem is you can’t get a consistent haircut if you choose first available. Also, the wait time is never ever accurate. We were first on deck and another name popped up after us (online booking) and they called him up first.
