Scammers, to say the least. I called ahead to confirm pricing for 5 lines of hair extensions and was told $20 per line ($100 total, including styling). However, I ended up paying $170 because they added a charge for “styling” without disclosing it upfront. I also witnessed other clients leaving upset for the same reason—misleading pricing practices. The stylists ask if you want your hair “flat” or “curly,” but they don’t explain that one option costs extra. Instead, they wait until the service is complete to surprise you with the higher bill. Dishonest and unprofessional.

I give them a zero star, not black friendly at all. Very not transparent. Lady as aggressive from washing my hair and when I told her, she start talking in her native language with other laughing. Then the other lady doing the blow dry was rude because I asked can I pay with my credit card, because a sign that’s up said I can, it’s a very uncomfortable atmosphere and misleading information

Horrible service and overpriced. The lady who washed the hair doesn’t take time detangling for natural girlies. They ripped my hair out and I was so displeased.

*Update its almost a year later amd I still love this place! They always do my girls hair so nice. The ladies are super friendly and the shop is very welcoming, clean and cozy.

I love this salon. I only ever get a wash and blow dry because of the texture of my hair but the service is always pleasant and welcoming. I am in & out and I never have any complaints. I wish they took electronic payments but outside of that, I love it!
