We decided to give this salon another try, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The staff did not engage with us at all during the service, though they conversed with each other the entire time. One of the technicians also answered the phone several times while working, which felt unprofessional. The first polish color I selected was unavailable, and when I chose another, the application was inconsistent. The technician who did my toes used the correct shade, but the one who did my nails applied a different color, even though it came from the same box. The overall workmanship was sloppy and not up to the standard I expect. Nail services are not cheap, and clients should receive both quality work and professional customer service. With all the 5 star reviews, I thought this would be a great place. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. The shop is beautiful and clean. However, they were understaffed. There were 3 in my party with the 3rd person paying separately and we spent 3 1/2 hours there. I got a dip mani, shellac pedi, and brow wax. My 10yr old got shellac mani and pedi. I am now missing the end of one of my brows after my wax. Our nails are not adequate for the price I paid. For myself and my 10yr old daughter I paid $190!
