I’m a manicurist so I’ll talk from the knowledge I went because I didn’t feel like doing my nails and well I had a not very good attention from the boss she didn’t have the best shape and as for the service nothing satisfied they only work to collect the money not to do a good job and durable today 2 days ago and look at my raised nails that shouldn’t be like that and also my feet I had to get home after paying 50 dollars and retouching them because my cuticles were almost the same and I asked for square square and the girl didn’t know that the girls who made my feet very friendly the truth I wasn’t pleased

I have been going here since I was 14! I am almost 32 now and don’t imagine I will ever go anywhere else. Julie and the staff are amazing and so welcoming. It’s always been a calm kind and clean environment since I was young and now for me and my daughter! I truly believe this is the best business I have ever encountered. I am so impressed and so lucky to have been going here as long as I have :)

UPDATE 5/22: I called and they quickly got me in and fixed it to perfection! Very professional and understanding of my concern! Thank you Julie's Nails! I've been coming to Julie's since 2009. Most times I leave pleased and relaxed. Tonight was a different story. The person that did my pedicure I believe was new. She did an okay job with my French pedicure but, seemed to go back over and over the same spots. I'd be okay with that if it looked great. However, there are spaces on the sides of my toes that you can tell were not done professionally. I don't want to nit pick but, I deserve them to be done right. I'll be contacting Julie the owner and I know she will help get it fixed! Overall they are wonderful but, I was disappointed today 😔

Very disappointed. I recently moved to the area & have been looking for a new nail salon. The first picture was the original work. The second picture is after I told them I wasn’t happy and they redid the paint. I’ve never once in my life complained at a nail salon. Feel like I was at a loss and didn’t want to waste anymore time there. I was asked is everything okay after the second time but there’s a lack in the pride of work because anyone can see that is not a clean or professional finish. I would’ve just done my own nails if this was the result I wanted. The station was dirty and it was clear the tools aren’t sanitized. I should’ve left as soon as I sat down. The tech proceeded and to use the same file on their own nails as I was getting mine done. I have an extremely busy work schedul

Thank you Julie & staff for taking care of me while I was in Florida. Love my nails & pedicures. As a caregiver for my dad, it was a nice break to be pampered and Julie's work is top notch!!! Thanks again & see you next winter!
