I am really upset. Yes, I could've explained what I wanted more vocally instead of mostly relying on the picture, but I didn't think I would have to explicitly say: "Don't turn my hair into a pixie cut." -When the reference photo that I had was absolutely not a pixie cut, and definitely what I am left with. I was also told before it was cut that it would be "just above the shoulders" which is what I wanted. It is not a texture issue, and she cut way way too much off the sides and back. The hairdresser is really nice, and the environment is nice, as I've gone there before a couple of times within the past few years and had good experiences but this time around, I have never felt so miserable looking at myself after getting a haircut. I did say that I liked it, (I know I shouldn't have) but

Julie was absolutely amazing. It was my first experience going to Julie and she Nailed it!!! I wanted highlights possibly 2 colors and a cut since I've been growing out my hair. I needed a cut for long hair. I had basically a long bob. The color is stunning and the cut frames my face with nice layers. Thank you so much Julie!!! Still keep looking at it in the bathroom mirror!

Visitors to the area, for Just 2 months this year, we needed a haircut. Julie's was highly recommended, and now we understand why. Got one more cut schedule for next week and then we'll see you next year! Thanks Julie just a terrific job. Back again in 2023, Julie is doing an outstanding job. We will come back.

Julie rd such a wonderful cut on my Mum. I have decided to get my hair done there too! She is a lovely person.
