I have been a client of my stylist for well over a decade and followed her to your salon. I booked a blowout specifically with the $65 stylist and confirmed this when I booked my appointment. At the payment, the front desk informed me that the price was $100 and stated that the charge had been increased because my hair was “too long.” I was not notified of any price change at booking, nor do I have extensions as was suggested. While I was ultimately charged $65 on this occasion, I left feeling misled. For context, my previous salon (Bergdorf), where I was a client for over a decade before it closed, would provide the same service at no additional charge. I love this salon in Manhattan, my go-to when in town. Amazing service and professionals reside in this busy salon. I love facials with Oksana Shenker their lead aesthetician, Hair cuts by Louis Angelo master hair cutter and stylist. Last but not least my dear friend William Simon for amazing hair color, I love his golden shades and reds. Nails and Cappuccino rock here too. Xo

Went to NYC for the first time for my 30th birthday! Was lucky enough to see Alex Mason and get my first balayage. He is a blonde specialist and is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. His holistic approach and the natural organic products he used was my favorite part! Love the convenience to see him in NYC and Palm Beach Miami! Looking forward to my next visit! The stylist did a good job. But; there are hidden “up-charges”. We booked a 45 minute blow-out, and when we arrived we’re asked what style, we asked for a few loose waves. We were then told thar was extra as it needed an iron. Then, the 45 minutes appointment turned into about 70 minutes. It would be more upfront/honest to post timing and up-charges on the website. Blowout so much. With waves or curls so much extra, plus that will take extra time.

I love this salon! Parvin is amazing for color and Lazaro did the most amazing blowout for my hair!
