Hair Cut satisfaction: 4/5 Service: 2/5 Cost: 3.5/5 The haircut met my expectations, but the service was below average. From the start, the stylist seemed rushed and even mentioned that she struggles with taking her time on men’s haircuts (which made me wonder why she accepted the appointment in the first place). Because of the rush, she repeatedly scratched my ears with the rough edge of the comb, and at one point, she even nipped my ear with the scissors. It took a lot for me to stay patient through the experience. The price was affordable compared to other stylists $35 (+ explicitly asks for tip). Very easy to make appointment.

I’ve been visiting Julie Hair the past few years and always had an amazing experience. Me, my mom, sister, Ana’s grandma all get our hair done here. Julie is incredibly kind, warm, and does a great job consulting my hair type. I know when visiting Julie Hair, she’ll take great care to wash, trim, style, and touch up the hairstyle I’m wanting. I also love supporting Korean- American run businesses and appreciate everything she does to make it feel like home and affordable. I’ll be back again.

I would say Julie is one of the best hair stylists in the North of Seattle. I used to get various services from Julie and her staff including root touch, keratin, Japanese straightening and waxing. Julie is so skillful, professional, and nice. This hair salon is always welcoming and cozy. I especially recommend this salon if you are looking for Korean hair stylists. You’ll get exceptional service at a reasonable price.

One of the mediocre hair salons. Julie’s attitude is bright and kind but she does not do her best to meet my esthetic expectations. Did I expect the highest artistry? Not at all. Just wanted to have simply clean and symmetric style but it did never happen to me. I believe she has the potential to make it great but mistreated her customers. Huge disappointment after adding the full amount tips.

Wonderful local business. I am hard-pressed to find a decent barber in this neighborhood, and went in to try them out. I was very satisfied with my experience. Walk-ins welcome, and was greeted very professionally and had great customer service throughout. If you're a guy, this is a great place for a solid men's haircut. They took their time and listened to my specifications and I got a terrific haircut. Very, very pleased with my visit and am extremely happy to have a decent barber in this reinvigorated strip mall, Mukilteo Speedway Center. Their business is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, and I will definitely be a steady customer. Great service. A+
