Juliana Express Nails & Hair

Been going to Juliana for years and she always gets my hair back healthy, since Rosa has taken over for her I’ve it’s like nothing has changed and she gives the best hair washes ever I literally wanted to fall asleep in the hair!

I called her earlier to schedule an appointment she said it would be $175 for a sew in. She did not tell me how many bundles were for that amount. I got to her salon, and told me she was going to charge me 200 because I brought four bundles. I didn’t complain. One of her workers began to work on my hair. I showed her the style I wanted. Juliana whispered in my ear that it was gonna cost more which I thought was crazy. They burned my scalp to extent where I started to cry. Their services are bad I don’t even think her workers have license

Julianna been my childhood hair dresser since I was a young teen & now I bring my young child to get her hair done too. I only like for her or Rosa in our hair because they do a great job with our hair type. Results are silky, bouncy, healthy hair with no chemicals or heat damage.

I went in for a trim, and that was all I went in for, but she was very rude about my hair being kinky. She asked about me perming or flat ironing my hair and I told her that I do not like heat on my hair, so she said “you need to spend money to do your hair” I told her I do my hair myself and she told me my hair at my natural 4c kinky state wasn’t done. She became very rude making comments like “you Africans have ugly hair, and my fingers hurt, that’s why I’m charging you more.” Mind you, the general cut is $15, I was charged $18 and she drove me out her store and threaten to kill me if I don’t leave because I stood up to her. She was very very rude and didn’t even trim my hair properly. If you are African or African American with 4c hair, don’t go there. I will never ever go there again.

Ok so I'm still in the parking lot of this place and can fully attest that all the negative reviews of this place are bogus. I was treated nicely and like any Spanish establishment like family. My hair (which is in partial extensions) was washed and rolled. I sat under the dryer and then got my hair blow-dryer. The entire time, my real hair was complimented on (whoop whoop) and Juliana asked me if I liked it and stated that she would take care of my hair when And if came back. The conversation was casual. And I spent $50 normally $45 because of extensions and I was okay with that. My hair above all is flowing and clean. I will definitely be returning.
