Juli Nail Spa

This was my third time getting my nails done at this Salon. I loved how my nails came out the first two times, but this time came out a little funky. I made an appointment for a Tuesday evening for a UV Gel Fill. I arrived at 5:30 and waited for about 15 min, they seemed very busy. My nail tech was also managing the phone and cash register, which resulted in my manicure taking an hour and a half…. Which I wouldnt mind if it came out ok. I didnt notice until i got home that the polish was lumpy and patchy. Disappointing considering i paid $10 extra for the design ☹️

My nail normal nail salon is under construction. I decided to visit Juli. I called first request requesting a spa pedicure and powder dipped manicure with tips. I was given a 2 o’clock appointment. I arrived on time and was told to go sit in any pedicure chair. I sat in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes and not one person approached me. No water for me to soak my feet in just me sitting there waiting. When they finally got started, the pedicure took well over 90 minutes. I moved to a different technician to have my manicure done. When always said and done my entire appointment took 3 1/2 hours. I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years and I’ve never had a manicure and pedicure take 3 1/2 hours. The greatest nail salon on LI.. Juli Nails is clean/ sanitary, accommodating, professional, friendly and the technicians are so talented. THE BEST powder manicure, spa pedicure and massage! I look forward to having these services every two weeks Highly recommend 👍 Sande

I got acrylic nails for my hands and a gel pedicure which turned out so beautiful that I tipped them very generously. But I took away a couple of points because they gave me a massage after, without cleaning their hands, which literally gave me red rashes and itchiness all over my neck. They do a phenomenal job, just not great with sanitizing everything.
