Jule's Salon and Boutique

I called this salon to schedule an appointment, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I have been a client before and have gone several times. On my last visit, the stylist did not do what I asked for—I requested highlights, and they turned out slightly orange. Even so, I decided to call again and give the salon another chance, hoping to try with someone else. However, the person who answered the phone had a very rude attitude. Because of that, I decided not to book an appointment and will be looking for another salon instead.

My hairdresser Hailey at Jule’s Salon is one of the Best in the business!! I have been her client for at least 8 years, even following her from a previous salon. I can’t say enough about her. She always asks detailed questions about what my vision is, guides me when I ask for help (because sometimes I just don’t know what I want🤷‍♀️), and never ever lets me leave unsatisfied. Once when I went too dark ( AT MY REQUEST), I panicked and she quickly lightened my hair with a smile!! Always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. If you need a hairdresser, Hailey will not disappoint you!!

On March 13, 2021 I went to Jule's Salon and Boutique to get my roots touched up. When the stylist was done putting the bleach and foils in my hair she put me under the heat. I was under there for about 35-40 minutes, which I found out later from various stylists that you're not supposed to put bleach under the heat for that amount of time. When she took me out of the heat she continued to put bleach on my head at the washing station. When she pulled out my foils at the washing station I noticed a lot of my hair had come out, and when she was blow drying my hair I noticed even more of my hair falling out. When she was done my hair was a yellow tint, but I had somewhere to be so I didn't say anything. The next day my hair looked even worse. It was extremely thin and orange around my forehea

Had my first appointment here the other day it was wonderful because I was able to schedule back to back appointments with my significant other. We like to go together so we can sit with each other when the other was in the chair! Michelle is incredible and this experience was great! She was ready for us right when we walked in. She talked about the pros and cons of what I was looking to get and let me ask questions. She is also hilarious so we were laughing the whole time!

I am usually very hesitant to try a new hair salon….BUT I had an excellent experience here. Michelle did such an amazing job! She was thorough and did exactly what I wanted. My favorite haircut to date.
