Review for Jules Nail Salon & Niki I cannot recommend Jules Nail Salon and my amazing nail tech, Niki, enough! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was blown away by how beautiful and impeccably clean the space is—it’s warm, welcoming, and well-designed, creating an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and uplifting. I’ve been coming to Julep Nails & Spa regularly for pedicures, and I’ve always had great experiences—every nail technician is skilled and welcoming. Today was extra special because it was my birthday, and I treated myself to both a manicure and pedicure with Hao Hao. The service was excellent, relaxing, and done with great attention to detail. The salon is always clean, inviting, and well cared for. Highly recommend Julep Nails & Spa for consistent quality and a great overall experience!

I had such a phenomenal visit. I have a important interview tomorrow and wanted to get my nail color toned down and cleaned up because it chipped that I had gotten done somewhere else and I chose Nikki due to the amazing reviews. She did not disappoint I found my new salon

Bad experience at my favorite nail salon. I’m actually sad to write this review because I’m usually very satisfied with services received. Today was just one of those days and I blame myself for arriving close to closing. I was elated that 2 people offered to stay after 5pm closing to do the service. I did speak up but I’m not sure if they understood my concerns so I let it go. Now, I’m kicking myself for not coming back instead of accepting services. I don’t typically complain about prices despite how expensive nail services are these days but I will complain when I pay a lot for service and the outcome is bad. I've been coming here since they opened and I love the atmosphere and proximity to the base. However the color I wear ran out 2 years ago. The owner said she would order more and helped me find another color while we wait which was great. Then that alternate color ran out so she helped me find another one, then that color ran out and she helped me find another. Now they are all empty and none of them have been restocked. While I understand business is challenging as a repeat customers (every 2-3 weeks) I believe they could have done more to ensure I can continue to come. On my last visit I was told I needed to switch my color or go buy it myself and bring it in. The color I wear is OPI Big Apple Red or CND Wildfire so not anything abnormal.
