JUJU DAY SPA

I was unable to book appointments online so booked through the hotel front desk when we arrived for our stay. Receptionist told us hot tubs were broken but they were working on it. Asked to book massages and reception tells us the spas only masseuse missed her flight so could do massages the next day. Fine so we book scrubs for Friday and the massages for Saturday. Got a voicemail 20min before our spa appointments asking to push it closer to 1pm instead of 11:30. We were already at the pool/hot tub area, with zero staff in sight. I called the front desk of the hotel they said she’s probably around somewhere. We go to the hot tub while we wait and it was FILTHY and hadn’t been fixed yet the water was cold. The hot tub had paint chipping and so much dirt. I look to my right and see old chick

I went with my niece for her birthdays. I got a massage and facial from Michelle which was good. The spa however was a mess. There is no private place to change, one shower, tile mist on the whole side of the sink. The windows were dirty while I was receiving a massage. I looked up and all the windows were dirty. This place needs some serious renovating, not to mention the scheduling errors that were made three times! I would never go to this spot again, especially for the price of services there. The atmosphere is terrible. They gave you a complimentary glass of champagne after your massage, which is the worst I've ever had in my life. Should have given a large bottle of water which is what you're supposed to drink after a massage. By the way, eight at the restaurant and that was good

One star for the massage and one star for the pool. The checkin staff did the best the could with an antiquated system. The “spa” has seen far better days with cracked tiles, stained towels, random toiletries, dirty windows, etc. I arrived early to use the pool relax and shower prior to massage. Check in staff arrived 10min prior to my appt time which left me 5min to shower in the open room with lockers, not super relaxing. Massage was lovely, very much needed. When I checked out I was told they didn’t take/use the spa gift certificate I had, which I specifically asked the 3 times I called to book the appointment, as I wanted to use the card and couldnt afford the full booking. Needless to say I won’t be returning and I hope the massage staff find employment elsewhere.

If I could rate the spa itself and the two women who I received services from separately, I would. I would give the ladies 5 Stars. Both Alondra (massage therapist) and Michelle (esthetician) were great at their individual services and we could tell they were trying their very best under stressed circumstances. It was a Saturday, and there was no one there to work the computer, checking guests in and out so the ladies were having trouble figuring out the technology - which is understandable if it’s not in their typical job duties. The website clearly states, in more than one area, that there is food at beverage service at the Juju Spa. That is a lie. We were told if we wanted food (which we had been planning on getting there) we would have to order DoorDash. We did, the DoorDash was delive

They cancelled our appointment 30 minutes before we were supposed to have it. This is after booking on their website was impossible, the prices are exorbitant, and they’re hardly ever available. Go to massage tao in north Chelmsford instead.
