Maria at Amenities is wonderful!! She really knows hair color and is very personable. I had a fantastic visit! I had a haircut, base color and hi-lights..I am very pleased. I will go back again and recommend Amenities highly!!!!

After getting a haircut this Friday (11/13/2015), I get a call from the salon falsely accusing me of stealing an open box of wine from the store. I was a first time customer!! How dare you accuse a customer of stealing a seven dollar box of wine after giving them a $50 haircut!! While on the phone with the salon, I asked why they thought it was me who took their wine, to which they replied, " I don't know, because it's Friday the 13th & you have nothing better to do" HOW RUDE! I highly recommend you do not subject yourself to this nonsense!!!!

Here’s some (hopefully) helpful constructive criticism to help grow your business: Do not post a Groupon if you’re going to be nasty to new customers who have never heard of your salon and looking to try it out. Hence, the entire purpose of Groupon. Or. Provide better customer service and build your clientele base the right way, you won’t need Groupon if your customers find value in coming to you. Me: Hello, do you have any appointments available today? Lady: have you been here before? Me: No. I came across a deal on Groupon for a touch up, cut and condition. Lady: did you buy the Groupon? Me: No. I thought maybe I should call first to see if you have availabilities before buying. Lady continues to ask a series of questions about my hair in a very dry, rude manner. Silence** Lady: come in

As Always I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at Amenities Salon. I never walk out of there unhappy and get tons of compliments on my hair. You Are the Best!!
