Judith African Hair Brading

Been getting braided for a few years at a different country. Hair is incredibly thick. Called to get a quote and date to get braided. Sent a photo of my braid style and was questioned about my race. When I told them I was mixed, I was told ‘Well you’re more white’ while giggling. And warned how braids fall out easier for ‘white hair’ so how much would I be wanting to spend. Won’t be booking with them.

Mrs. Judith is the best braiding stylist in Fayetteville. She has been the only braider I let do my hair since I’ve moved to NC 10 yrs ago! She knows her job and is about her work. Never been disappointed plus she can do any style and you won’t be sitting all day. She is very professional. I definitely recommend her for any braiding style cause she will get it done!

Okay so I’m new in town, I came from Philly and I definitely recommend this hair braiding salon. I got my hair done today and I love my braids I usually get sew ins, I’ve never had box braids and was looking for a different look and to give my hair a break from so many sew ins, I went to Ms.Judith salon based off ratings, reviews, and seeing photos of her work. I’m very satisfied with the service that was provided she even took out my sew in and gave me a nice wash and deep conditioner. Thank you Ms Judith and the rest of the stylists that provided me with excellent service I will definitely be back while I’m out here

Last time i got my braids done here they were amazing!! But these one bother me, near the top of the braids it looks great, at the bottom they are flyaway galore, and ive only had them in for a week, i know flyaways are a thing with braids but after a week?? They should still look good, not like ive had them for 3 months, not to mention, she had a child there screaming and crying, with cocomelon on for half the time i was there, it was a cool vibe after the child left, but it could have turned out wayyy better

I honestly never write reviews and i thought long and hard about posting this review. Every time I go someone different is braiding my hair Which is fine but not all of the borders i feel comfortable with because everyone don’t braid the same. I have been to Judith’s maybe 4 times but this last time was the deal breaker. Service was horrible, the braider had that day did a horrible job. All I wanted was some large box braids and she first wanted to charge me $240, talked her down to $120. She was very rude and tried to blame me for her horrible work. She didn’t even part my hair and yelled at me because I only told her the “size.” Didn’t know i had assist in her doing “box” parts. I was so mad and she took 1 hr 1/2 on the braids she did. I had her cut the braids out and take them out.
