Booked 9.30am cut. Obviously the barber didn’t start work at that time which is fair enough but maybe not have that time option available. I arrive on time; I was welcomed. To be told barber won’t be long. 30mins waited I was then told 15mins… I continued to wait. It was a hour later, no sign of barber. I was assured if he didn’t arrive, someone will cut my hair. Within that hour 2 barbers arrived. I ended up leaving, as of lack of communication and wasting time. If I was told, will be about 40mins, but we can ring you or you can come back. GREAT. I can go about my day. But sadly being drawn out with ‘15mins, won’t be long, he’s coming.’ Led me to wasting a hour, still having no cut and now having to leave. Was looking for a proper barber shop in South Florida for a while now and so glad I found this place. Been going for a few months and everytime Dean kills it. Great cut through and through.

I just left JT'S on Cordova. I can tell you the haircut that TJ gave me was one of the best haircuts I've had in my 65 years! He was meticulous! I would highly recommend him! Thank you TJ.

I have been a customer of JT’s Cuts for many years. Cisco was my first barber when he was at the original shop on Commercial. Tonight was the first chance I’ve had to visit this location since he co-opened it. As with any JT’s Cuts location, the customer service is always on point. Carlos greeted me when I walked in and asked if I was waiting on anyone. I recognized him from when I used to visit the school. Originally I came to see Cisco, but when he wasn’t available Carlos said he or Dean would take care of me. Eventhough Dean was supposed to leave by 7:30 pm, he took me at 7:15 pm so I didn’t have to wait long. I appreciated Dean staying and the cut was great. I also like that you can book online and even pay online. Cut came out great! Many shops are very unprofessional, with lots of
