Joseph is transparent with you about pricing on his website as well as during his consultation. I first went for just a hair cut to try out the salon room situation before booking for color. I like to see how I connect with a stylist before getting more expensive services. My hair has never felt softer or healthier than when I leave his chair. He takes his time and has a great eye for what looks best, especially if you are a new client. I came in with very blonde hair and just felt too blonde, going into Fall. He gave me a beautiful color to suit my cool skin tone and we are working together to keep the color maintainable. ALSO the scalp massage is to die for. So relaxing after a hard day at work.

Joseph is all-around wonderful. His personality? 10/10. Just check out his Insta; he’s hilarious. He has great customer service and his scalp massage nearly put me to sleep. Most importantly of all, the man is TALENTED. This was my first time with him, but we’ve already got a game plan for where we’re going next, and I can’t wait! He is so fast too!! I have had the most amazing experiences at JTcolours. From start to finish, the services have been exceptional!!! I got a silk press and cut for my 1st appointment and they left my hair looking incredibly smooth and shiny. Plus the silk press lasted over a week, which says a lot because I typically wash my hair every 2 - 3 days. For my 2nd visit I got color + highlights + a trim + silk press and Joseph did a fantastic job!!!! He created a vibrant and beautiful shade that totally matched the inspo photo I shared. After the added deep condition and steam treatments, it’s clear that he is highly skilled and truly cares about the health of his client’s hair.
