JT Nails

I deleted my original review and made a new one. I wanted to give this salon 1* but I do understand people also need to make a living. Me and my sister came to the store 3 days ago to pedicure and full set of nails. The whole experience was awful and lack of customer service, made us feel uncomfortable the whole time. $58 pedicure package with a cursory attitude. No worries I can let it slide. Since they spoke Vietnamese and complaining about us in front of our face thinking we wouldn’t understand. No worries I do not mind about it. But after paying $300+ tips, we would expect more about quality of the nail. The nail was lift, gems fell off less than 12 hours, coat took off 6 out of 10 fingers, wrong technique. I don’t think he knew what he’s doing but he chose to ignore what we said. R

So incredibly happy with my nails!!! I’ve never been here before and my experience was 10/10. Mike did my nails and I was very impressed with how fast and efficiently he worked. He absolutely nailed (pun intended) the shape I wanted, and the snowflake design is one of the prettiest holiday designs I’ve ever had! The price was also really affordable compared to some other salons I’ve gone to. I will definitely be back here next time I’m in town :)

Excellent service excellent customer service, excellent personalities. Excellent all around! This is about my six or seven time coming this time I had a new young lady who was absolutely amazing! Can’t go wrong here. If you come in positive if you leave out even more positive. Zen was my nail technician today. Lian is my usual wonderful lady, however I really had another exceptional experience today with Zen! Regular manicure and gel pedicure.

I had a great experience. I received a gel x manicure and tropical pedicure. Steve did an amazing job and took his time making it an incredible experience overall. Steve and Leah were meticulous with what I wanted and the service they provided. I cannot recommend this business enough. Give it a try and you won’t regret it. I will definitely be returning.
