Milli wasn't that pleasant when told I was dissatisfied with the service I recieved. The young lady that did my hair style was very polite, however she did not know how to do the style. She did not make me aware of this when she started my hair. I had informed her that I was coming from queens, because someone had recommended this shop. I even informed her that I had just had a medical treatment, that I didn't expect to be sitting for 5 hours. In addition I had paid 250 for the human hair that I provided to get my hair done. And had to pay her 180 for the services she would be providing. After the style was done she did not show me a mirror and the place was dark. I had a really bad experience here and I wasn't even sure how to speak up about it. I called in advance, they told me I could get a cut. I waited 45 minutes, they finally cut my hair. My hair was demolished. The pic on the left is what I asked for. The pic on the right is what I got. I ended up with a bowl cut and my bangs can't even go to the side correctly. I really don't know what I could've told the lady any differently. Never has my haircut been this bad. I really needed it to turn out nicely because I have a special occasion coming up and now I need to wear beanies for the next couple of months.

WTH Millie I asked you before I sat down and got started and I asked you again when I finished and you said $100 and when I was finished you asked if I had WhatsApp and I put the number in from the flyer and saved it and then you gonna hit my phone talking about she forgot to charge you $30.00 for the hair and can I send it to you I inquiring of my whereabouts I was at after I finished getting my hair done I went to McDonald's and then to the Dollar Tree n I had to past your salon U need to make up your mind I wasn't ducking you trynna avoid you cause I thought that once I exited your salon with my walker and all that was a done deal and that our business was finished!! What if I didn't have the $30.00 who would've been wrong me or you and that's why I told you I would bring it to you face

Always a great time and service when I come. Millie is so nice and have great stylist working alongside her. Run don’t walk to get your hair lashes and makeup slayed.

Milley did an amazing job on my hair!! She was very professional and gave me looks of tips to maintain my short cut!!! I 1000000% recommend her!!!!!
