What was supposed to be a relaxing Valentine’s couples massage turned into the most unprofessional and stressful experience we’ve ever had. We were quoted $110 for a one-hour foot massage for two and $120 for a one-hour couples massage. After our session, we were told we owed $380 and were instructed to pay cash. When I questioned the amount, the total changed to $330 “with tip.” We were then told there were extra fees for using a debit/credit card — $10 processing plus an additional $20 for not paying cash — totaling $30 in undisclosed card fees. There was no visible signage explaining these charges. On top of that, a $40 gratuity was added without any signage stating gratuity is mandatory. This is by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my fifth visit at this facility and I can say I am even more pleased than previously. I typically always do the reflexology however, today I did the full body massage and I can honestly say I didn’t think it could get any better than it already had. Every experience I have had here has been exceptional, the staff pays attention to great detail and makes you feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend J’s Foot spa.
