Joy's Nail

Been going here for years but recently started taking my mother in law and she loves it. We tried a fancier place up the block for mothers day and she prefers Joys!!!

Horrible & over priced! I got a regular pedicure for $30 all because I wanted French design with regular nail polish. They charged me $15 more because of the thin line. She didn’t even put lotion on my feet, nor did she get all my cuticles. I basically paid her to just color my toe nails. I also wanted a simple French acrylic tip, they told me to get powder with extension. It was cheaper, the man told me $59. After I’m sitting there the other ladies go on and give me a different price, again, all I wanted was acrylic tip and a simple white line at the end of my tips. Almost $70 just for my hands. If she had done my nails correctly I wouldn’t have minded the price but she was very rough and didn’t take the time to place the nail correctly nor shape them right. I am very dissatisfied and w

I’ve had better. Hardly took any skin off sides of my fingers. Didn’t polish entire nail. Polish on fingers. Not in my neighborhood so I won’t come here again. Just a pit stop on way to airport.

I went in yesterday to get my nails done and was looking for something specific for a change. Usually when I go into this nail salon, everyone is usually very friendly. However, what I don’t like is the fact that sometimes you just want to go and get your nails done and not have to deal with 100 questions and feel like you’re being scrutinized. I am also looking for someone who is skilled to be able to handle a project I am asking for. There are a lot of nail companies out there who do various designs on nails, and this company is becoming limited. I think there needs to be some training around stepping up your game in this area so you can ask for these prices. Secondly, tips are optional if I paid for a service and I tip you, I would rather not have the staff telling me that I didn’t give

Always ready to accommodate, when they can. They do a great job with my nails. Wish the polish would last longer, but since I don’t do gel, I guess there isn’t much else to be done. Massages are also good. They are my first choice around this neighborhood.
