Joy's Barber Shop

I found Joys place through a Google search yesterday and she was able to get me a next day appointment. I got a dry cut and she did a great job fixing my mistake. Great communication, she asked me what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for, stopping through out to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. Very happy with how it turned out. Her place was a small salon in her house which is also a B&B. The place and whole property was beautiful and her prices were hard to beat. Will definitely be going back!

I have never hated my hair so much. I would not recommend her at all. I got a perm and almost all of my hair is fried. She didn’t go the whole way to the end. She didn’t use protective cream. I’m in cosmetology so I know what’s right and what’s wrong. She left so many fish hooks. My hair is completely fried. I’m very disappointed in her. I also asked for a spiral perm and she gave me a regular perm. I have never went to a salon and have it turn out this bad.

The prices are fantastic and she does an absolutely amazing job. No complaints and highly recommend.

One of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. And the price cannot be beat. It's kind of nice it's by appointment because you don't have to sit around for 20 minutes waiting. Highly recommend.

Very good hair stylist. Maybe some type of good stereo music maybe. Or a large big screen TV that has a decent educational station on while we wait. Maybe even more comfy area while you're waiting. Love the professionalism
