Joyful Nail Spa

I had the worst experience at Joyful Nail Spa in Boston Lake. I went there for a gel manicure, but the staff rushed through the service and ended up cutting my cuticle too far. It started bleeding, and later it got infected, causing me pain throughout my vacation. The manicure was very poorly done, and it was overpriced for such poor service. I have attached photo to show how badly my finger was injured and how poor the service was. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Was charged $80 for my daughter's nails and they look nothing like the inspo pic that was presented to them. They are bumpy and rigid. So frustrating!!! When I called to ask them why it was so much, the lady who answered was very rude. Will never go there again!!!!

I love coming here 🩷 I’ve just moved to this area and they have by far been the nicest and most accommodating nail salon I’ve ever gone to. The nail artists are so sweet & do such a great job care and attention to detail. I always leave looking forward to booking my next apt with them. This is also the first nail salon where I feel like my natural nails are being taken care of and becoming stronger. Extremely gentle on the nails, very relaxing environment, super sweet staff, and the atmosphere is great. Love this place! ☺️✨

I got my nails done today and I love them! They do such a good job at Joyful nail spa! I 100% recommend anyone get their nails done there. My friend got a pedicure today as well and she loved it!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday! I went in on a whim and got an ANC manicure. It was applied carefully and shaped really well. I’m really happy with it! Definitely will be coming back.
