Joyful foot spa

This place is great. You can usually walk right in and they can take you without an appointment. They are very friendly and give great massages. Especially for the price.

I come here all the time - some great massages… but if someone comes to the door, they get up in the middle of the massage to deal with it instead of having a dedicated person at the front.

Joyful Foot Spa started out promisingly. My husband (2nd visit) and I (1st visit) were looking forward to a relaxing hour-long foot massage, and for the first half, it was just that. The massage itself was fantastic – truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the tranquility was completely destroyed when a large, loud group was seated right next to us. Their constant chatter was incredibly disruptive. I was literally sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with them, and their non-stop conversation, even after the manager politely asked them to quiet down, made it impossible to relax. They just lowered their voices to a whisper, which was almost worse, as it was a constant, irritating murmur. It completely ruined the ambiance and the last half of my massage. Joyful Foot Spa has unfortunately become a gamble for relaxation. My wife and I went for an hour-long foot massage (chair massage), and while the massage itself was excellent for the first 32 minutes, the experience was again ruined by noise. This is the second time we've encountered this issue. The first time, a parent brought their very excited 10-year-old for his first massage, and both of them were incredibly loud throughout the session. This time, it was a large, chatty group who, despite being asked by the manager to quiet down, continued their disruptive conversation, even if it was lowered to a constant, irritating murmur. To the person who left a review that this place was a lawsuit waiting to happen. That is just dumb. You do not frequent a foot spa salon for a licensed massage therapist. These foot spas are for a quick relaxing rub when you are “achy” and this place delivers. It is clean, quiet, and feels wonderful. You do not come here for a licensed professional and they do not claim to provide that
