The shelves are well stocked and the store is very clean! Customer service was impeccable. You may pay a little bit more for the products but you're helping a small business in the community to thrive! Will definitely come back to this location when I'm at the area.

This place was a life saver for Christmas. After calling my normal go to and getting a price more than $10. Higher for same the item, I decided to give Joyce's a try. This was only the 2nd time coming in. First time was long ago and before this plague. Anyhow, After I arrived I went to the counter and they had placed on hold the item I requested as they promised the.. I spoke to a woman but the man who rang me up gave me an additional 10% off. I think he was doing it because it was Christmas Eve. All I know is he was very nice, very polite, he had a big smile on his face, he was patient with me when I changed my mind toward 3 times about a mask I ended up purchasing with the Item. Okay normally I usually have a good experience at this place. But today it was completely different oh, there was a different girl at the door and when she asked me if I needed any help I asked her for a specific thing (half wig) and it turns out not only do they not have anything in my color 613 but she was acting dyslexic in the whole time looking for 316. Normally I don't give bad reviews but I think that is hiring anybody like I actually want to find a different beauty supply because it just although some of the staff are very nice I just don't feel comfortable there. On the upside prices are really good.
