Joy Well Therapy

This is hands down my favorite massage studio. Ive been lucky enough to see both Brooke and Hilary and they are both very skilled massage therapists. While I’ve only seen Brook once, she does a great job of creating a calm and relaxing environment to truly help relaxation and restoration. Ive seen Hilary at least 15 times since they opened. She does a tremendous job of listening to my body and understanding what can provide the most relief for pain and tension. She does an excellent job using cupping to successfully break up the knots in my shoulder blades, which my body deeply appreciates! Thank you for providing such a wonderful, relaxing, and restorative services to the Mid-Coast!

My favorite day of the month is the day I walk though the doors of Joy Well Therapy and spend 90 minutes with Hilary. She is an incredibly warm and kind person who genuinely cares about her massage clients. She also happens to be one of the very best massage therapists I've worked with, and as someone who uses massage as part of my strategy for managing chronic pain, I've worked with a lot. I would 100% recommend booking an appointment with her!
