While the outside of Joy Spa is perhaps not inspiring, the inside is spic and span, warm and inviting. I booked an hour and the massage ran well over. Emily, my masseuse, was great! Engaged, communicative and very skilled. I left very satisfied, and would like to recommend Joy Spa highly !
I like the masseuses here very much, they are very enthusiastic and their massage technique is very gentle. I go there every month. My neck and shoulders often hurt due to work. Lucy is my masseuse. I recommend her to everyone. Her massage is very gentle and I will never regret it.
The worst massage in Philadelphia. This place has poor service and bad treatment. I advise against going there. I gave them one star, but they do not deserve a star. The girl there is not fit to be an employee in a service shop.
Language barrier- Great service Chi chi was really good provider
Very nice selection to choose from everytime. Had a amazing massage from Amy, definitely the best massage I've gotten. I saw her twice in one week. Very pleased. No shower, only reason for 4/5
